Dave routinely acts as outside counsel for clients, handling a broad spectrum of corporate and business matters in conjunction with other legal, accounting, insurance, business and banking experts. Dave helps structure and restructure family businesses in pursuit of long-term family goals. When generational transition poses critical challenges, Dave works closely with the clients to reorganize corporate structures and shareholdings in preparation for a significant corporate transaction, such as a sale of the business.

Dave graduated with a B.A. from University of Northern Colorado and received his J.D. (cum laude) from Creighton University (2000). Currently he serves as a governing board member of the Business Ethics Alliance, president and board member of Merrymakers and is a member of Nebraska Diplomats. Dave also serves as an international transition team member for the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, is an alumnus of both the Leadership Omaha Class 35 and Leadership Bellevue class of 2010, and a board member of Community Stewardship Counsel. Dave was awarded the Omaha JAYCEES Ten Outstanding Young Omahans in 2013.

Kendra Ringenberg is a founding member of Dvorak & Donovan and provides essential commercial real estate, general corporate expertise and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. She represents developers, owners, landlords and tenants with respect to mixed use, office and retail development throughout the Midwest, as well as other areas of the country. In connection with such representation, Kendra has advised and assisted clients in the acquisition, financing (including seller financing, bank financing, life insurance/institution financing and economic incentive, such as tax increment financing) and analysis of their projects, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, coordination and analysis of due diligence materials, negotiation of leases, negotiation of construction and architect contracts, and preparation of development documents, such as CCRs, restrictive covenants and easements.

Kendra has served as counsel for national retailers and assisted with site selection and acquisition, lease negotiation and franchise matters. Kendra has also represented residential developers and Sanitary Improvement Districts. In addition, Kendra has expertise in oil and gas law and has represented oil and gas companies in pursuit of oil and gas leases and preparation of drilling and division title opinions and has also represented landowners in the negotiation of oil and gas leases.

Kendra graduated with a B.A. (highest distinction) from Nebraska Wesleyan University and received her J.D.(highest distinction) from the University of Nebraska College of Law (2003). Kendra is admitted to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and North Dakota.
